2–4 day experiences tailored to empower connection and healing within the self and our world. The days are planned with relation, rejuvenation, and evolution in mind. A variety of alternative/complimentary modalities are scheduled throughout the retreat with lots of yummy foods, mind bending conversations, and a better understanding of self.

Our society has not achieved the level of understanding required to take care of an individual experiencing a mental health crisis. The hospital is a challenging setting to navigate. Services entail helping achieve better understanding of diagnosis and current clinical picture, taking charge to manage a psychiatric crisis/hospitalization, organize collaboration and supportive services, explore alternative/complementary treatment modalities, incorporate holistic and integrative options, and most importantly provide support, understanding, hope, and hugs during the most vulnerable moments of life.
